Problems with your central heating system can often be down to a leak in the system. The central heating system leak could be in the boiler itself or it could be anywhere in the countless under-floor pipes that make up your system or it may be on one of the many radiators around your home or business.
Listening apparatus are used to locate and trace the position of the leak.
You may have a leak in your central heating systems if:
- There is a loss of pressure
- Your boiler needs re-charging regularly
- The performance of your radiators has deteriorated & the heat they give off has reduced
- Dampness to floors, walls & ceilings or the build up of water.
The leak may not always be visible when the leak is located in pipework under floors.
